abstract: The article describes the main types of X-ray
detectors that are currently used and their advantages and
disadvantages. A simple design of an X-ray detector according to the
scheme is proposed: scintillation screen - mirror - lens - CMOS image
sensor. The main components of the proposed system, the requirements for
them and the method of implementation are considered. The system was
designed and a 3D model was created.
