abstract: This paper introduces the development of LED
based display Stego-panel V. While this demonstration system can show
several characters, patterns and animation through a CMOS image sensor
on smartphones by using a custom prototype LED board and dedicated
software. Displayed-information is imperceptible to human eyes. Thus,
Stego-panel V can use interior illumination and also transmit several
messages to specific persons, who have a smartphone. In addition,
Stegopanel V is equipped with RGB LED. Thus, the Stego-panel V can use
illumination to transmit messages to persons using smartphones.
