abstract: This paper introduces the development of
LED-based display Stego-panel IV. While this demonstration system can
show several characters and patterns through a CMOS image sensor on
smartphones by using a custom prototype LED board and dedicated
software, displayed-information is imperceptible to human eyes. Thus,
Stego-panel IV can use interior illumination and also transmit several
messages to specific persons, who have a smartphone. In live
demonstration, we can show LED-based Stego-panel IV and practical values
for many visitors.
