abstract: Design of 10 mega-pixel mobile phone lens was
introduced. Four plastic aspheric lenses and an IR cut-off filter are
adopted. The materials of plastic aspheric lens are E48R, POLYCRA
respectively. The refractive index and Abbe's number are as followed
1.53, 58, 1.59, 29.9. ZEMAX software is adopted to optimize the design.
The optimized configuration of the lenses and aberration curve are
analyzed. The full field and relative aperture are 67 ° and 1/2.8
respectively. The total track length is 6.3mm. The effective focal
length is 5.05mm. Back focal length is 0. 52mm.C1/2.7inch CMOS is
adopted as image sensor. The MTF value of full field reached 0.1 in the
spatial frequency of 340 lp/mm. The distortion is less than 2.5%.
