abstract: This paper presents a miniaturized,
inexpensive, lensless fluorescence microscope, built using a CMOS
sensor. This is the first report of 3D imaging with a lensless
fluorescence microscope. This technology will enable the development of
self-contained lab-on-a-chip implementations of a variety of complex
biomedical protocols.
